At Blessed Savior Catholic School we strive to educate the whole child in mind, body, and spirit. We do this through a rigorous ELA and Math curriculum, led by our amazing teachers, supported by the Principals and Fulcrum Instructional Leadership; interactive Science and Social Studies resources; fine motor development through Art classes; gross motor development through Physical Education Classes; Social Emotional Learning; and Faith Formation instruction and lived activities. Check back throughout the year as this page grows with examples of student success and learning.
Inside a standards based instruction classroom students are learning based on their goals for grade level standards. Teachers guide student learning by providing various learning tasks to help the students become proficient in each of the priority standards determined by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Teachers provide constructive feedback to inform students of their next steps in learning. By sharing lesson objectives with the students the teachers help the students take ownership in what it is they need to accomplish during that lesson.
